You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications. Purchasing from WoodenTreasureWorks Items purchase from WoodenTreasureWorks are custom made and crafting begins as soon as payment is received via PayPal. For wall hangings, the buyer should specify if the back of the craft should be painted, stained or spray painted. Although Paint, wood stain and spray paint is non-toxic, paint, wood stain and spray paint can leave permanent wall damage. Therefore, specifying back of craft preference is advised in advance. Changing or Cancelling Orders Once your order is placed it is immediately processed and sent to our shipping team therefore we cannot cancel or change orders. Be sure your information submitted is 100% correct including shipping address, and items purchased. Payments/US Dollars to WoodenTreasureWoks We are located in the United States and all prices you pay on our site are in USD. All craft designs begin once payment is received and a proof of paid invoice has been submitted to the buyer. Payments are accepted via www.woodentreasureworks.com or through PayPal. All major Credit card are accepted. The charge that comes through on your credit card will be in your currency. Shipping from WoodenTreasureWorks Allow 1-2 weeks from purchase to receiving purchased items. If delays occur, email communication will be provided in advance to the buyer. All purchased items will be packaged with care. If items are shipped via mail, crafts will be shipped from USPS or UPS and tracking numbers will be available upon request. Once crafts are completed and ready to ship, an email communication will be sent to advise when shipment is anticipated. Incorrect Address Provided Please be 100% certain that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided on your order. We will not refund for missing packages due to incorrect address. Returns/Exchanges Items provided by WoodenTreasureWorks are custom made. Therefore, NO returns/exchanges are accepted. WoodenTreasureWorks will however gladly work with you to correct any issues. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority about anything else. Broken Items You have 3 days after receiving your items to inspect them and let us know if any items were damaged during shipping. Although we do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, sometimes things happen during shipment. We will refund you for the broken items or replace them, if you notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. After that time period, we are not responsible for broken hand crafted pieces. Photo submission By sharing your personal photos with us via email or social media, you agree that we can post it on our website and social media pages. Coupons Only one coupon may be used per order. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where coupons were used in a manner other than stated for that specific coupon. Coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards or used when redeeming gift cards. Resale You are not allowed to resell WoodenTreasureWorks items unless purchased through our wholesale program. Please email us for details on how to purchase wholesale orders for resale. Your acceptance of these terms By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service.
